"Green my Apple" campaign

Greenpeace won many prizes with this campaign, asking Steve Jobs to "Green their Apple". And what best, Steve changed his policies. The Apple look-a-like website and the humor won everybody up, even though there is still much work to do concerning the numerous hazardous substances in our electronic products. Nice start, bravo to Greenpeace for that coup!

StopGreenwash.org

Here's a new campaign from Greenpeace that wants to expose deceptive corporate environmental claims known as "greenwashing"

Introduction:
These days, green is the new black. Corporations are falling all over themselves to demonstrate that they are environmentally conscious. The average citizen is finding it more and more difficult to tell the difference between those companies genuinely dedicated to making a difference and those that are using a green curtain to conceal dark motives.

Some businesses are genuinely committed to making the world a better, greener place. But for far too many others, environmentalism is little more than a convenient slogan.
